Return & Refund Policy

At M S A TRADERS – TheSafetyHands.com, we aim to provide customers with satisfactory products and a transparent return, replacement and refund process.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
If a defect is found in an eligible product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, the buyer may request replacement of the product, subject to the applicable conditions. Replacement may be for the entire product or defective part, depending upon availability.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
A product will not be eligible for return/replacement in cases including:
- Damage caused due to misuse of the product.
- Incidental damage resulting from malfunction.
- Tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Damage or defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product returned without its original packaging, accessories, box or other items originally supplied with it.
3. Clothing, Footwear & Jewellery
For clothing, footwear and jewellery, qualified sellers accept exchange within 30 days, subject to the items not being used (except for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged. Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
4. Refund for Non-Delivery
A buyer may claim a refund of the transaction price if the order is not delivered within the agreed delivery period or the period specified in the applicable policies. The refund request must be raised within the stipulated period; otherwise, the buyer may become ineligible for the refund.
5. Refund Method
For transactions other than Cash on Delivery, eligible refunds will be made through the applicable issuing bank/payment system from which the transaction amount was received.
For electronic payments, refunds may be processed through NEFT, RTGS or another approved electronic funds-transfer system, subject to the applicable policy. Refunds are conditional upon the buyer complying with the website policies.
6. Cash on Delivery Refunds
The existing Terms state that eligible refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions will be made through a demand draft in favour of the buyer, according to the buyer’s registration details.
7. Incorrect or Misrepresented Products
Product listings must accurately describe the actual condition of the item. If the product description does not match the actual condition of the product, the existing Terms provide for refund of amounts received from the buyer.
8. False or Fraudulent Claims
M S A TRADERS reserves the right to reject or take appropriate action regarding return, replacement or refund claims that are false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.
