Cancellation Policy

At M S A TRADERS – TheSafetyHands.com, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. The following Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through our website.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our applicable Return/Refund Policy.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact us with your Order Number, registered name, phone number/email address and reason for cancellation. Cancellation will be confirmed after verification of the order status.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled. If the customer no longer requires the product, any return or refund request will be handled according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation by M S A TRADERS
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Product being unavailable or out of stock.
- Incorrect product information or pricing due to a technical or typographical error.
- Payment not being successfully completed or verified.
- Shipping restrictions or inability to deliver to the provided address.
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized or unlawful transactions.
The existing Terms specifically provide that an order may be cancelled where pricing/product information is incorrectly displayed because of a technical or typographical issue.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and applicable payment-method rules. The existing Terms provide that eligible non-COD refunds are made back through the applicable issuing bank/payment system.
