Shipping Policy

At M S A TRADERS – TheSafetyHands.com, we make every reasonable effort to ensure that customer orders are shipped and delivered safely and in a timely manner. Your existing Terms state that reasonable efforts will be made for timely delivery, while delays caused by events beyond the company’s control are excluded.
1. Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped through available and suitable courier, logistics or shipping service providers, depending on the delivery location, product type and availability of shipping services.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
M S A TRADERS may process domestic and international orders, subject to service availability, applicable shipping restrictions and the customer’s delivery location.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed or communicated to the customer before completion of the order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location, product weight/size and selected shipping method.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will depend upon the customer’s location, availability of the product and shipping method. The applicable estimated delivery period should be displayed or communicated during the order process.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping may not be available to certain locations due to courier limitations, government regulations, international trade restrictions, customs requirements or other operational restrictions.
For international orders, customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges, where applicable.
6. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number and other required delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delay or unsuccessful delivery.
7. Delayed Delivery
M S A TRADERS will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However, we will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Non-Delivery
If an eligible order is not delivered within the agreed or applicable delivery period, the customer may raise a refund claim according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Your existing Terms contain a corresponding provision for non-delivery refund claims.
