1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be accepted.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Customers may refuse delivery, but:

Shipping charges will be deducted.

Return handling charges will apply.

A restocking fee of 25%–50% may be deducted.

2. Custom / Bulk Orders (Strictly Non-Cancellable)
The following orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

Bulk quantity orders

Customized / branded safety products

Special procurement items

Imported items ordered on demand
Payment for such orders, once confirmed, cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

Product is damaged during transit (proof required within 24 hours of delivery)

Incorrect product delivered
Refund Conditions:

Product must be unused.

Product must be in original packaging.

Unboxing video is mandatory proof.

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Modification
Order modifications (address, quantity change, product replacement) are allowed only:

5. Force Majeure
The Safety Hands shall not be liable for delay or cancellation due to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Transport strikes

Customs delays

Pandemic-related issues
6. Right to Cancel by Company
The Safety Hands reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

Pricing errors

Stock unavailability
-
Suspicious transactions

Payment failure
In such cases, full refund will be processed without liability.
